“Professional Demeanor of the Staff”
Very happy with the work done and the professional demeanor of the staff. I have a small home with a small roof so there are probably bigger priority jobs, but they responded to my initial inquiry right away (not all contractors do that, for sure), they gave me a written estimate, and actually fit in the work for my roof earlier than they originally said they could. I would use them again, and would recommend them as well.

I selected John and True Home Roofing out of Rutland MA. to install a new roof and to add attic venting to my home. I couldn’t have been more pleased with John and the hard working crew he employ’s. John was very responsive with the job from start to finish meeting all our needs. John professionalism impressed me the most.
The crew arrived on time, did a magnificent job protecting our landscaping and property. The crew completed the roof in one day doing an excellent job installing the Atlas Roofing System I selected They left the property very neat and tidy after the cleanup. John Sullivan was great to work with! He was responsive and provided us with a quote within a couple hours of calling him. He was fair and reasonable and the job was completed within a couple weeks of booking! We were wondering which color shingles to choose and John gave us live examples of homes to drive by to compare and make our decision. Overall, John and his crew go above and beyond for their customers. They cleaned up for a good hour after the job was done, making sure to get all the nails and debris. Highly recommend these guys!

TrueHome Roofing did an a fantastic job and I highly recommend them. They first showed up and did a roof inspection with a drone, which was quite impressive. The images were able to show the deterioration of the roof. The new roof tiles were selected and TrueHome came and did the work. They were extremely quick and finished the job in 1 day!
